This RENU Kit provides everything needed to connect modern fittings to legacy flex pipe systems. The kit centers around a 1″ x 3/4″ – 3/4″ Wye fitting with reducer bushings (1″ to 3/4″ and 3/4″ to 1/2″) plus all necessary components for secure RENU connections to existing flex pipe.
Installation on Single 3/4″ Branch: Includes a 3/4″ coupler that threads onto your existing 3/4″ flex pipe. Simply cut and glue the appropriate length of 3/4″ flex into both the coupler and the bushing that installs into the single branch of the Wye fitting.
Installation on Dual 1/2″ Branches: Features bushings that reduce from 3/4″ down to 1/2″ for the double-ended connections. Glue the 1/2″ to 3/4″ barb fittings into the bushings, slide the 3/4″ clear pipe over each barb, then insert the 1/2″ flex into the 3/4″ clear tubing using glue and clamps for watertight seals.
