Description
The Spoolmate 200 is highly reliable and economical, delivering smooth, consistent feeding when welding aluminum. The spool gun has a handle-mounted wire speed adjustment dial that eliminates the need to walk back to the welding machine to change the wire feed settings.
Other features include an easy-to-access drive assembly that allows access to drive rolls and routine maintenance without disassembling gun; a built-in gas valve that eliminates the need to purge long gas lines; a hinged wire spool cover that provides easy access to wire compartment; a pressure lever for easy loading and unloading of wire; and an adjustable drive roll tensioner for feeding different types of wire.
The Spoolmate 200 is compatible with the Millermatic® 212 Auto-Set™ (MEM-907405) and 252 (MEM-907321).
