1989 – 2002 Ignition Lock Cylinder with Blank Key (W/O OHM Resistor), Automatic Transmission
Replacement ignition lock cylinder with VATS system for your 89 – 02Camaro. This lock cylinder includes a key that does not have the OHM resistor and will not work as a replacement ignition key. Works great for all models with an automatic transmission. VATS = Vehicle Anti Theft System.
Note: For proper use you will need your original key with the resistor still intact. The original key will then need to be taken to a local dealership or lock smith to be cut to the spec of the key that is included. This ignition set will not work properly without the correct key that has the resistor included.
