Description
The ICON Stage 5 6″ Suspension System represents the pinnacle of performance for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, combining race-inspired technology with advanced geometry and heavy-duty components for the most demanding environments.
High-strength one-piece ductile iron steering knuckles, high-clearance CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, and an integrated front skid plate provide the durability and protection needed for aggressive off-road use. High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket work together to maintain proper suspension geometry and reduce bind throughout the suspension’s range of motion. ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a compliant ride on the street while delivering the stability and control required during aggressive off-road driving. High-clearance billet rear lower links with replaceable nylon rock sliders increase rear articulation while protecting critical components from trail impacts. Featuring ICON’s double adjuster system, the rear lower links allow on-vehicle adjustment for different ride heights and pinion angles, providing precise suspension tuning without removal. The result is ICON’s most advanced Tundra suspension system, delivering exceptional ride quality, maximum articulation, and uncompromising off-road performance with the clearance to run 37-inch tires at full articulation.
- 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs for superior damping and vehicle control along with improved shock cooling
- Optimized design to fit 37″ tires with full articulation (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)
- Maintains factory track width
- Optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer found in stock Tundras
- Adjustable front ride heights from 5-6” of front lift over stock (up to 6″ of lift with only 4″ of crossmember drop)
- Billet aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint Pro for added strength, durability, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment for optimum drivability
- Patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provides improved durability and serviceability with 90 degrees of total articulation
- Single piece high-strength ductile iron steering knuckles with built-in 4″ drop
- Hight clearance front crossmembers and front skid plate, CNC Laser Cut and brake-formed from 1/4-inch steel plate
- Included sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in OE sway bar links
- Front and rear heavy-duty bump stop brackets
- High angle outer tie-roads feature durable, metal on metal greaseable tie rod ends
- ICON engineered custom triple rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable ride on-road as well as stability and control during aggressive off-road driving
- High clearance billet rear lower links with replaceable nylon rock sliders improve rear end articulation and allow on-vehicle adjustment for different ride heights and pinion angles using ICON’s double adjuster system
- Improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and rear track bar bracket to reduce bind in the rear suspension
- System allows for up to 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
