SPR Insertion Tool
- SPR Insertion Tool is a high grade hardened steel frame with a ¥_°’ 20 Grade 8 hex bolt with magnetic end and center recess to hold the replacement SPR while inserting the SPR with a ¥_°’ or 19 mm socket on your ¥_°’ impact wrench
- The SPR Insertion Tool allows the technician to control these repair processes without waiting in line for the very expensive hydraulic tools to do this same process
- Insert the new SPR on the magnetic end of the hex bolt, hand tighten to the flange area keeping the body of the SPR Insert tool against the door flange
- Install your ¥_°’ or 19 mm socket to your ¥_°’ impact wrench and engage, within 3-5 seconds you will see the bottom of the screw flush with the door flange
- Work in conjunction with our SPR Extraction Tool, STE21970 and our Al Skin Zipper, STE21892 and AL Skin Zipper II, STE21896 allows the technician to build his/her resume for aluminum repair while allowing them to provide a professional repair and not add non-productive time awaiting hydraulic tools
